What format do you send fax to emails in?

Our fax to email service converts the fax into a PDF and we enclose this file into an email.  The entire process only takes seconds and as soon as the fax has completed you will receive your email. 
We have recently added a security function that means you have to enter a password to open the PDF (just in case you need to lock down your faxes).  If you need to add a password to your fax to email service please speak to one of the team who will add this for you free of charge!

What networks in the UK do City Numbers use?

We have chosen only to use the best available netwoks (in our opinion).  We currently use Cable & Wireless, BT and Opal for all calls in the UK and out from the UK.  Our international virtual numbers are supplied by multiple international carriers who we manage the relationship with.  You can be sure that we only use the best possible networks to route calls.
