Outbound Call Recording

Our outbound call recording service doesn’t need any equipment to be installed on your site and it is very easy to use. Outbound call recording will not record every call that you make as you have to select which ones to record. If you know that you want to record a call that you are about to make then here is how it works:-

• 1You request outbound call recording from us.
• 2We supply you with an 0843 number and attach your email address to it.
• 3When you want to make a call and record it you simply dial the 0843 number and follow the prompt.
• 4You will be asked to dial the number you want to call and you will be connected.
• 5You have your conversation with the person you have called..
• 6As soon as the call ends we will email you the recording of the call.

If you are calling a UK landline then the call will not cost you anything apart from the call to the 0843 number (which costs 5p per minute). If you are calling a mobile you will be charged 11p per minute.

That’s it! – and it only costs you £9.99 per month.
