Our process to select the best deal for your business mobile phone breaks down the difficult steps into 5 manageable chunks:
Step 1: If you already are a business mobile user we will ask you for a copy of your current bill. This will allow us to analyse your current tariff and usage.
Step 2: We will ask you some questions about your business which could include, do you need to access your email on the move, will you be taking on new staff in the future that may need handsets and other questions which will allow us to build a picture of your company.
Step 3: Do you have any preference of mobile network or handsets so that we can take some guidance from your thoughts?
Step 4: We will provide you with 2 to 3 written proposals from a selection of networks and help you to understand the benefits of each deal.
Step 5: We select the best deal for your business and start the process of either porting your existing numbers (so that you do not have to change number) or setting up your new handset.
After Sales: Once we have connected your handsets or internet devises we will review your account after the 1st month to ensure you are happy with the tariff and network. Following the 1st months review we then review each account on a quarterly basis.
